Assistance with Personal Activities and Development of Life Skills
We provide supported opportunities leading to the development of independence and social interaction.
The tasks include; personal care tasks such as showering and dressing
cooking and meal preparation, support with medication, catching public transport, support with attending medical appointments, grocery shopping, payment of bills and budgeting
Participation in community, social and civic activities
Participants may want to take part in the community, meet people, try new things or hobbies and enjoy themselves.
We assist participants to engage in a wide range of activities including; joining a club, go for swimming, go to a movie house or a zoo, go to a park, bowling, attending sporting events, visit a beach, art gallery or museum, go fishing or outing to a restaurant or café, trying a new hobby, catching up with family or friends, learning a new skill or even becoming a volunteer.
Household Tasks
We can assist with a range of task in the comfort of your home.
These include, but are not limited to; personal hygiene, floor and bench top cleaning, fridge cleaning, dish and laundry washing or drying, changing bed linen, dusting, essential ironing, meal preparation and general house maintenance

Support Coordination
Support Coordination is a capacity building support that can be applied for and built into your NDIS plan. Our Support coordinators take a work alongside a participant to connect them with their local support providers and ensure their individual needs and goals are met. Participants are assisted, among other things, to; exercise choice and control understand both their plans and options available, access services, achieve their goals

Assistance with Life Stages and Transitions
Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages, transition and supports
We provide short and long-term supports with focus on strengthening the participant’s ability to both coordinate their supports and assist them to live at home and participate in their community. This includes; coordination of supports, support connection, assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations, individual skill development, peer support and mentoring and assistance with decision making, daily planning, budgeting
